What is your return and exchange policy?
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If this is not the case, please send us an email to begin the return and exchange process. Just have your order number and full name provided upon order on hand. We gladly accept exchanges on full-priced items within 7 days upon receipt of item as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed and with tags) - for exclusive fabrics including all printed, black/blue/fuchsia/purple linens, an up charge of Php300 will apply).
No cash back but exchange of item to a different size or item of equivalent value is allowed.
Alterations can only be done ONCE with an up charge of Php300.
Sale Items are NOT eligible for return or exchange. Sale items are considered SOLD.
Undergarments are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
What is the return process?
Once you have received a confirmation email/message from the team that your return is valid, you can go ahead and send back to the address that will be provided to you. Return fee will be charged to customer and re-delivery of new item will be free of charge.
Will I be able to return items purchased with my 10% off welcome code and other sale items?
Yes! You will be able to return/exchange items purchased with the welcome code (value is the price after discount) BUT sale items are excluded from the return/exchange policy. SALE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED SOLD.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Metro Manila takes 3-5 business days while provincial shipping takes 4-7 business days, after your order has been processed. Weekends and holidays are not included in business day count.
